The Dylan Howells Foundation are delighted to announce that we’re supporting a new local sportsperson!
Ruby, 11, is an elite cheerleader who grew up loving dance. She eventually found cheerleading as (in mum’s words!) it’s perfect with her sassy vibes! She’s been cheerleading for 4 years now, and this is her 3rd season competing in an elite team! Ruby trains 3.5 hours a week over two days and hopes to travel to Europe for cheerleading competitions.
Ruby says “Cheerleading is my passion! I started cheer only four years ago and I love it. The coaches give me all the help I need for things like my flexibility and giving me the confidence to be able to compete in front of a big audience. I love it”.
