As we come the end of Summer and get stuck into the new season, it’s a great opportunity to catch up with the clubs and athletes we support to see how things are progressing. We started to support local club Abel Karate earlier this year, funding two young pupils who would have been otherwise unable to attend. Paul Abel picks up the story:
“This year, we partnered with the Dylan Howells Foundation to provide two students with twice-weekly training sessions — an opportunity they would otherwise struggled to afford. Since the start of the year, these students have made remarkable progress, thanks to the consistency and dedication they’ve been able to commit to their training.
Even more inspiring, both students have embraced a new sense of leadership within our club. They are now actively supporting and guiding their peers, which is exactly the kind of growth we strive to nurture.
As we begin this new term, we are confident these students will continue to unlock their full potential in Karate.
A heartfelt thank you to the Dylan Howells Foundation for their ongoing support in empowering students at Abel Karate.”
