Finn Morris, our DHF-supported junior sailor, has just given us a special update with some amazing news:
I am just back home after an amazing long weekend in Weymouth at the UK Optimist selection trials, where the top 80 UK sailors compete for places to represent Great Britain internationally this Summer.
I am delighted that I qualified for the Worlds team which is the top 5 sailors in the country.
This means that I have been selected to go to Antigua this summer to compete in the Optimist World Championships. I am very excited to go to this event with the best 250 sailors under the age of 15 from over 50 different countries.
I would like to say a massive thank you to the Dylan Howells Foundation because this amazing opportunity would never of happened without your incredible support.
